Visual Computing Trends Symposium 2025
An integral part of the Viennese science calendar
On 30 January, the Visual Computing Trends symposium takes place at Tech Gate Vienna. Four renowned visual computing researchers - Kwan-Liu Ma, Dieter Schmalstieg, Ayellet Tal and Anna Vilanova - will present the latest developments in artificial intelligence, visual analytics and extended reality. The audience can look forward to exciting insights into future-oriented research with free admission.
The COMET competence center VRVis has been organizing the biennial Visual Computing Trends (VCT) symposium since 2009. With up to 300 guests from around 15 countries, it is an integral part of the Viennese science calendar. As a key technology of digital transformation, visual computing makes it possible to make complex data understandable and accessible to people. VCT offers the scientific community in Austria and beyond a central platform for exchanging ideas and networking on the latest developments in this rapidly growing interdisciplinary field of research.
