Donauinselfest 2025

The largest open-air festival in Europe is back! This beloved music festival is a staple in every Viennese's calendar, and it's free to attend! 

The festival grounds are located directly on Vienna's Danube Island between the Floridsdorfer Brücke and Reichsbrücke car parks – 17 different activity islands and 16 stages are waiting for visitors over this stretch of 4.5 km.

Look forward to a diverse variety of musical acts - from pop to rock to jazz to karaoke to country: there's something for everyone at every age.
