CultTech Lab 2026

CultTech Lab 2026 invites artists, technologists, researchers, and interdisciplinary teams worldwide to develop new creative projects at the intersection of culture and technology. The program supports participants from early concept to public showcase, offering mentorship, production grants, and international visibility. Two thematic tracks are open this year: Contemporary Classical Music – Understanding Through Gamification and Memory & Identity – Reconnection Through AI, each focusing on innovative artistic research and technology-driven cultural experimentation.
Applications are open from 9 March to 15 April 2026, with the School phase running online from 25 April to 20 June 2026, followed by the hybrid Studio phase and final presentations at the CultTech Summit in Vienna on 4–5 November 2026.
Participation in the School phase requires a €450 team fee, with full and partial grants available to ensure broad accessibility.
