Venture Clienting Essentials
Most corporate innovation teams still default to hackathons, accelerators, or partnership programs. None of these are optimized for one thing: getting startup technology deployed inside a company, fast. This June in Vienna, corporate executives and senior innovation professionals will learn how to systematically adopt startup technologies through the Venture Client Model — the framework pioneered at BMW and now used by Bosch, Siemens, Airbus, and Holcim.
The course is led by Gregor Gimmy, the original creator of the Venture Client Model, in a hands-on, practical 5-day format designed to deliver a concrete action plan — not just theory.
