Kultursommer - Summer of culture

Vienna is famously a city of culture, and although the classic concert halls and stages take a break over summer, that doesn't mean the culture vultures can't get their fix!

In 2024, Kultursommer Wien will once again stage nine pop-up stages throughout the city with a wide variety of genres such as cabaret, literature, music, dance & performance, theater and contemporary circus. The Vienna Symphony Orchestra will open the festival on June 27 and 28 in the Prater.

Of course, it's free for everyone and everyone, and the varying programme is sure to offer something to every taste.
